All registered participants will receive a free ticket to the second day of the event.
The competition consists of three rounds.
Mono-flavor identification — the participant must identify the mono-flavor profile of a flavoring agent in a liquid. Three samples total.
Determining the composition of a mixture consisting of three flavorings — the participant must determine the flavor profiles of mixed liquids, each containing three flavorings. Three samples in total.
Creating a Mix Similar to a Smoothie — The participant must create a liquid mix on stage that is as similar as possible to the provided drink.
The competition aims to evaluate the participants' receptor and analytical abilities and the finalists' ability to combine flavors.
Tour 1.
Definition of mono-flavors
  • TERMS:
Participants are presented with three bottles of liquid and three refilled cartridges. Each liquid contains only one flavor. Participants record all the flavors they’ve chosen on a special form and submit them to the counting committee.
  • TASK:
The task is to identify all three bottles correctly. For example: 1 — raspberry, 2 — strawberry, 3 — mango.
  • GRADE:
The counting committee carries out the calculation by comparing the actual taste of the liquid and the tastes determined by the participant.
  • PROCEEDING TO THE NEXT ROUND:
10 participants who have more accurately identified the direction of tastes move on to the second round.
Round 2.
Determining the composition of a mix consisting of three flavors
  • TERMS:
Participants are presented with three bottles of liquid and three refilled cartridges. The liquid contains three flavors of different flavors. Participants record all the flavors they have chosen on a special form and submit it to the counting committee.
  • TASK:
The task is to identify all nine flavors in three bottles. For example: sample 1: strawberry, lemon, mango; sample 2: peach, apple, raspberry; sample 3: cinnamon, pineapple, passion fruit.
  • GRADE:
The counting committee carries out the calculation by comparing the actual composition of the liquid and the tastes determined by the participant.
Round 3.
A high-ranking jury comes onto the stage to evaluate this round.
  • TERMS:
Five numbered bottles of fresh smoothie drinks will be on stage. Each smoothie contains a combination of no more than three ingredients.
Any participant can choose any smoothie combination. A list of flavors will be provided immediately before the competition.
All necessary flavorings will be on stage. Participants may bring their own flavorings if they wish.
  • TASK:
The participant tastes the drink in the bottle assigned to them. They determine the composition of the mix by taste. The master’s task is to create a perfectly similar taste to the mix in a vape by blending various flavors and applying them to the provided base, or they can bring their own base.

A draw determines which drink a participant will receive. After tasting the drink, the participant goes to a separate table to create a mix that best matches the drink’s flavor profile. Participants can bring all the necessary equipment to create the mix or use the equipment provided by the organizer. The following equipment will be available on stage:
    • Pasteur pipettes and syringes of various sizes for measuring volume
    • Beakers and vials for mixing ingredients
    • Accurate scales
After creating the mixture, the participant tests the finished liquid on the VAPORESSO XROS 6, provided specifically for this stage by VAPORESSO.

The participant passes the filled device to the judges' table.
Based on the testing results, the jury decides which flavor was closest to the original drink.
The winner is the participant who creates the liquid flavor most similar to the submitted drink.
  • GRADE:
In percentage terms, 0% means no match, while 100% means a complete match. The final score is calculated using the average percentage formula.
The 3 most successful masters take prize places.
